Resumo: | The present research work has as purpose to know several approaches related to the variables raised that are: group cohesion and its relationship with organizational communication, in order to make possible this scientific study it was necessary to go to the best scientific sources, Feasible articles that prove the reality of the variables, based on statistical evidence that provides a clear information and especially the relationship between the people in a company, it is necessary to emphasize that throughout the history have been contributing researches of authors in reference to Business management, how organizations can be effective and be highly productive, because there are both positive and negative factors that will be very decisive when maintaining a company. Understanding that corporate cohesion is the union that strengthens and potentiates the work team to reach the goal, fostered under organizational communication of an assertive nature, are elements of perfect combination when establishing interaction and unity in the organizational family. Among the works cited are authors who have measured both group cohesion and communication, thus achieving perceive the different realities existing in each context around the world, thus being a main focus where problems are manifested by the weaknesses of certain organizations, Where the reconstruction of communicative health and unity among the staff are vital to overcome it, as far as cohesion is concerned, is intimately linked to teamwork, and that will achieve the goals that each employee proposes for the benefit of the Organizational communication symbolizes fluid language where there is an understanding of the ideologies of each member, where the interactive link is successful and provides the necessary impetus for the good management of language and the union at the moment of perform an activity. |

Entendiendo que la cohesión empresarial es la unión que fortalece y potencializar el equipo de trabajo para llega a la meta, fomentado bajo la comunicación organizacional de carácter asertivo, son os elementos de perfecta combinación al momento de establecer interacción y la unidad en la familia organizacional. Entre los trabajos citados se encuentran autores que han realizado medición tanto de cohesión grupal como de comunicación, logrando así percibir las diferentes realidades existentes en cada contexto alrededor del mundo, siendo así un foco principal donde se manifiestan problemáticas ante las debilidades de ciertas organizaciones, donde la reconstrucción de una salud comunicativa y unidad entre el personal, son vitales para su superación, en lo que respecta a cohesión, está íntimamente ligado al trabajo en equipo, y eso logrará la consecución de metas que cada empleado se propongan en beneficio de la empresa y así satisfacer sus necesidades, por su parte la comunicación organizacional simboliza el lenguaje fluido donde existe entendimiento de ideologías de cada integrante, donde el enlace interactivo tenga éxito y proporcione el impulso necesario para el buen manejo del lenguaje y de la unión al momento de realizar una actividad.O presente trabalho investigativo tem o propósito de conhecer diferentes abordagens relacionadas às variáveis levantadas que são: coesão grupal e sua relação com a comunicação organizacional, para que este estudo científico fosse possível, foi necessário recorrer às melhores fontes científicas, das quais investigado em artigos factíveis que verificam a realidade das variáveis, com base em evidências estatísticas que fornecem informações claras e principalmente o relacionamento entre as pessoas em uma empresa, cabe ressaltar que ao longo da história, pesquisas têm sido aportadas por autores em referência aos negócios gestão, como as organizações podem ser eficazes e altamente produtivas, pois existem fatores positivos e negativos que serão muito decisivos na manutenção de uma empresa. Entender que a coesão empresarial é a união que fortalece e empodera a equipe de trabalho para o alcance da meta, fomentada sob comunicação organizacional assertiva, são os elementos de combinação perfeita ao estabelecer a interação e a unidade na família organizacional. Entre os trabalhos citados há autores que mediram tanto a coesão do grupo quanto a comunicação, conseguindo assim perceber as diferentes realidades que existem em cada contexto ao redor do mundo, sendo assim um foco principal onde os problemas se manifestam diante das fragilidades de determinadas organizações , onde a reconstrução da saúde comunicativa e a união entre os colaboradores são vitais para a sua melhoria, em termos de coesão, está intimamente ligada ao trabalho em equipa, e que permitirá atingir os objetivos que cada colaborador estabelece em benefício da empresa.
