Enfatiza a informática como um instrumento de modernização da Justiça por tornar transparente a gestão administrativa e financeira, reduzir substancialmente os custos da administração, além de ser um meio eficaz para tornar eficiente o exercício da jurisdição. Expõe sinteticamente os vários sistemas já em operação, ressaltando os objetivos de cada um e tecendo comentários sobre os benefícios que trouxeram. Examina, também, os sistemas em fase de implantação.
