Resumo: Analisa o uso de regras pertinentes de Direito Internacional pelo Órgão de Apelação da Organização Mundial de Comércio. Aborda o papel ativista que a OMC teria desempenhado e demonstra que o uso de regras externas aos acordos abrangidos por esta resultou em descontentamento por parte de membros da Organização.
