Resumo: Analisa o conceito internacionalmente de crime organizado, partindo da hipótese de que o mesmo é uma americanização de uma política criminal contra as drogas. Afirma que este conceito coexiste com outros já existentes em legislações de diversas nações, especialmente com o conceito de "conspiração", gerando complicações.
