As medidas podem ser definidas para atuarem diretamente no direito violado pela criança ou adolescente. O estabelecimento da medida socioeducativa serve para contribuir na proteção da criança e do adolescente que estão em situação irregular. Trata da necessidade efetiva de mostrar formas de aplicabilidade da medida socioeducativa para reavaliar a conduta do jovem infrator. Fazer uma abordagem crítica da efetividade da medida socioeducativa mostra as reais condições de sua aplicabilidade no sistema socioeducativo. Diante disso, surge uma retirada da criança ou do adolescente do convívio social para manutenção do ordenamento jurídico. Portanto, o estudo merece atenção nas proposições de análises jurídicas para captar as formas de aplicação da medida socioeducativa para ressocializar o jovem infrator. Desta forma, o estudo tem como objetivo geral identificar as medidas socioeducativas no sistema socioeducativo e, como objetivos específicos, analisar a efetividade da medida socioeducativa na sua aplicabilidade, distinguir as medidas socioeducativas demonstrando as suas consequências e conjeturar formas de proteção do adolescente na análise jurídica das medidas socioeducativas. Contudo, obter o domínio e a linguagem audiovisual para realização e apresentação da análise jurídica e aplicabilidade das medidas socioeducativas.The socio-educative measures has show throughout history that the institution has the goal of bringing effectiveness of adolescent protection. The measures can be defined to act directly on the violated right by the child or the adolescent. The establishment of the socio-educative measure contributes in the protection of the child or the adolescent found in irregular condition. It treats the effective need of showing means of applying the socio-educative measure to evaluate the behavior of the young infractor. It makes a critical approach of the effectiveness of the socio-educative measure and shows the real condition of its applicability in the socio-educative system. Based on this, the child or the adolescent is taken from the family environment for law maintenance purposes. Thus, this work deserves attention of law analyses for applying means of socio-educative measures so that the minor infractor can socialized. Therefore, this wok has the general objective of identifying the socio-educative measures in the socio-educative system and its specific objectives are to analyse the effectiveness of the socio-educative measures, distinguish the socio-educative measures by showing their consequences and conjectures means of adolescent protection on the law analyses of the socio-educative measures.
