Resumo: La realidad educativa, como hoy se presenta, no deja de ser un gran desafío para la mayoría de los profesores acostumbrados a trabajar con certezas y verdades, con previsibilidad y estabilidad. Para cualquier ser humano, es difícil comprender el caos, el orden haciendo parte del desorden, la incertidumbre, la no-linealidad y la indeterminación, hoy, tan presentes tanto en nuestra realidad como también en los procesos de construcción del conocimiento y en las dinámicas que acontecen en los ambientes educativos.
