Resumo: The study compared the aerobic training intensities zones suggested by the ACSM using values of heart rate (HR) and oxygen uptake (VO2) at the anaerobic threshold (AT) and at the respiratory compensation point (RCP). After the cardiopulmonary exercise test was identified the HR and the VO2 at the AT and at the PCR (HRAT, VO2AT, HRRCP and VO2RCP), and was calculated the VO2 at 60 and 85% of the VO2peak (VO260P and VO285P) and the 60 and 85% of the maximum estimated oxygen uptake (VO260E and VO285P) and the HR at 77 and 90% of the maximum HR (HR77M and HR90M) and of the maximum estimated HR (HR77E and HR90E). Foram coletadas amostras de 29 voluntárias do sexo feminino, 16 de vôlei e 13 de handebol, com faixa etária entre 13 a 16 anos, todas praticantes da modalidade por mais de 6 meses. Após a ergoespirometria foi identificado a FC e o VO2 no LA e no PCR (FCLA, VO2LA, FCPCR e VO2PCR), calculado o VO2 a 60 e 85% do VO2pico (VO260P e VO285P) e a 60 e 85% do consumo máximo de oxigênio estimado (VO260E e VO285E) e FC a 77 e 90% da FC máxima (FC77M e FC90M) e da FCmáx estimada (FC77E e FC90E).
