IIn this article we present the strategies utilized by the Incubadora Tecnológica de Cooperativas Populares (ITCP/FURB) and your implications in the local reality. From the Documental Research, analyzing the period of 2013 to 2019, We discuss the interdisciplinary acts of the ITCP/FURB team, based on a dialogical and transformational perspective, showing the impossibility of separating teaching, research, and extension. It was also identified how the actions of ITCP/FURB affects the local reality, producing social technologies with the intent of capacitating the businesses initiatives, their political articulation, and the qualification of their business actions. We located some difficulties, like the financial resources for the projects execution not being delivered on the correct time, the capacitation of interns and teachers and the political impacts that affect the economy, the structure, and the subjectivity of the businesses and of ITCP/FURB.
