Resumo: This manuscript aims to act as a spell in the search for the cure for what could be named as colonial disease. It supports the adoption of the term pedagogy as enchantment in order to conceive the teaching and learning processes as a way of intervening in the world and change the objective reality of humans. Therefore,pedagogy could be considered as a kind of everyday magic. The manuscript also reflects upon how such recognition can echo in performance practices, reaching the understanding that it may transform the methodologies that already exist, and create other ones, as long as those methodologies consider some aspects: the reliance in the creative ability/capacity of others, an action that guides their practice and the conception that the world can be transformed.

En ese sentido, perfila una defensa de lo que denomina  pedagogía como encantamiento, concibiendo el acto de enseñar y aprender como una forma de intervención en el mundo que puede cambiar la realidad objetiva de los seres y, por tanto, ser considerado una especie de magia del cotidiano. A raíz de eso, reflexiona acerca de como tal pensamiento resuena en la práctica escénica y llega a la conclusión de que este puede ser disparador de metodologías diversas, desde que sean considerados algunos puntos: la creencia en la capacidad de creación del otro, una acción que conduzca su práctica y la concepción de que el mundo puede ser transformado.O manuscrito aqui proposto busca apresentar-se como um encanto para a cura do que chama de moléstia colonial. Nesse sentido, traça uma defesa do que denomina de pedagogia como encantamento, concebendo o ato de ensinar e aprender como uma forma de intervenção no mundo que pode mudar a realidade objetiva dos seres e, portanto, ser considerado uma espécie de magia do cotidiano.
