Resumo: It is increasingly important to present a roadmap for the identification and mapping of mentality and socio-cultural trends and to understand how it contributes to the development of products and services within the scope of trend analysis and strategy. The present panorama of Trend Studies allows generating a basic theoretical-conceptual map that serves as a methodology for organizing sets of ideas and, consequently, practices as a means of systematizing, constructing and confirming the DNA of a trend. This article seeks to explore the intersections between the analysis of culture as a process for the identification of existing mentalities, through a script that facilitates the observation / collection and the systematization of information to present a solid descriptive text of the trends. In addition, the main results of applying trend research to a map of potential products and services in a strategic scope that address this knowledge are highlighted.

El panorama actual de los Estudios de Tendencias permite generar un mapa teórico-conceptual básico que sirve como metodología para organizar conjuntos de ideas y, en consecuencia, prácticas como medio para sistematizar, construir y confirmar el ADN de una tendencia. Este artículo busca explorar las intersecciones entre el análisis de la cultura como proceso de identificación de mentalidades existentes, a través de un guión que facilite la observación / recolección y la sistematización de información para presentar un texto descriptivo sólido de las tendencias. Además, se destacan los principales resultados de aplicar la investigación de tendencias a un mapa de productos y servicios potenciales en un ámbito estratégico que abordan este conocimiento.Importa cada vez mais apresentar um roteiro de identificação e mapeamento de tendências de mentalidade e socioculturais e compreender como o mesmo contribui para o desenvolvimento de produtos e serviços no âmbito da análise e estratégia de tendências. O panorama presente dos Estudos de Tendências permite gerar um mapa teórico-conceptual basilar que serve como metodologia para organizar conjuntos de ideias e, consequentemente, práticas como meio de sistematização, construção e confirmação do ADN de uma tendência. Este artigo procura explorar as interseções existentes entre a análise da cultura como processo para a identificação de mentalidades existentes, mediante um roteiro que facilite a observação/recolha e a sistematização de informação para apresentar um texto descritivo sólido das tendências.
