Resumo: | The objective of this article was to propose actions at strategic, tactical, and operational levels for the implementation of a new business in the food sector, through a Design Management approach with the aid of strategic planning tools, SWOT analysis and Benchmarking, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research provided theoretical and practical support for the implementation of a business, including its organization, brand, physical structure, marketing and sale system. |
