Resumo: Thinking about some elements that are part of the dynamics and processes existing in the social movements of the 90s is one of the central objectives of the work. The valorization of the micro social, subjective and common sense components, poses to the Social Sciences, an instigating challenge, of bringing theoretical reflection closer to what happens in the daily plan.
