Resumo: This article aims to identify the possible references that constitute the pronoun “we” of a subject's discourse in a formal elocution, by means of selecting some sentences that contain the first person plural “we”, “us”, “our”, “ours”, as well as the verbal desinences. Such sentences will then be referred to the enunciation and the situation of production of that discourse to obtain the types of “we” and to analyze the effects of meaning that are produced by the choice of this subject.
