Intellectual collaboration networks: an analysis in training and scientific production of permanent teachers in the postgraduate program in information science

Resumo: | Objective: Analyzes the networks of intellectual collaboration in the training, qualification and scientific production of permanent teachers of the Post-Graduate Program in Information Science at the Federal University of Paraíba. Methodology: This is a descriptive research that has as object of study the training, qualification and scientific production of 20 permanent teachers, from 2019 to 2019. It is also characterized as documentary research with qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were collected on the Lattes Platform, systematized in graphs and graphs, and analyzed and discussed on the basis of theoretical frameworks and Social Network Analysis. Results: The training and qualification of teachers point to different disciplinary convergences. The former is characterized by disciplinary plurality, with greater participation in the areas of Librarianship and Sociology; Although it includes scientific articles, communications at events, book chapters, books and abstracts, totaling 1,100 publications, the bibliographic production network focuses on the first two categories, respectively, with 450 and 320 productions. Conclusions: The networks of intellectual collaboration established in the processes of training, qualification and scientific production of the permanent professors of this postgraduate program are materialized in an infrastructure of knowledge production permeated by an epistemological pluralism, which conditions different movements of disciplinary convergences. |

Metodología: Esta es una investigación descriptiva que tiene como objeto de estudio la capacitación, calificación y producción científica de 20 docentes permanentes, de 2019 a 2019. También se caracteriza por ser una investigación documental con enfoques cualitativos y cuantitativos. Los datos se recopilaron en la plataforma Lattes, se sistematizaron en gráficos y gráficos, y se analizaron y discutieron sobre la base de marcos teóricos y análisis de redes sociales. Resultados: la capacitación y calificación de los docentes apuntan a diferentes convergencias disciplinarias. El primero se caracteriza por la pluralidad disciplinaria, con una mayor participación de las áreas de Biblioteconomía y Sociología, este, aunque plural, presenta una unidad disciplinaria más amplia con un enfoque en Ciencias de la Información, Biblioteconomía y Letras. Aunque incluye artículos científicos, comunicaciones en eventos, capítulos de libros, libros y resúmenes, con un total de 1.100 publicaciones, la red de producción científica se concentra en las dos primeras categorías, respectivamente, con 450 y 320 producciones. Conclusiones: Las redes de colaboración intelectual establecidas en los procesos de formación, calificación y producción científica de los profesores permanentes de este programa de posgrado se materializan en una infraestructura de producción de conocimiento impregnada por un pluralismo epistemológico, que condiciona diferentes movimientos de convergencias disciplinarias.Objetivo: Analisa as redes de colaboração intelectual na formação, qualificação e produção bibliográfica dos docentes permanentes do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciência da Informação da Universidade Federal da Paraíba.Metodologia: Trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva que tem como objetos de estudo a formação, a qualificação e a produção bibliográfica de 20 docentes permanentes, no período de 2019 a 2019. Caracteriza-se também como pesquisa documental com abordagens qualitativa e quantitativa. Os dados foram coletados na Plataforma Lattes, sistematizados em gráficos e grafos, e analisados e discutidos com fundamentos nos referenciais teóricos e nas Análises de Rede Sociais. Resultado: A formação e a qualificação dos docentes apontam para convergências disciplinares diversas. Aquela se caracteriza pela pluralidade disciplinar, com maior participação das áreas de Biblioteconomia e Sociologia, esta, embora plural, apresenta maior unidade disciplinar com foco em Ciência da Informação, Biblioteconomia e Letras. Embora contemple artigos científicos, comunicações em eventos, capítulos de livros, livros e resumos, totalizando 1.100 publicações, a rede de produção científica se concentra nas duas primeiras categorias, respectivamente, com 450 e 320 produções.
