LIBERDADE DE EXPRESSÃO NA INTERNET: GLOBALIZAÇÃO E O DIREITO INTERNACIONAL

Resumo: Este trabalho discute o rompimento dos limites territoriais através da internet (como fenômeno da globalização), que permite à sites destinados ao publico brasileiro serem hospedados no exterior, inclusive com conteúdos criminosos. Aborda também a situação jurídica destes sites, apontando a característica soberana do Estado brasileiro, a importância da liberdade de expressão e as novas problemáticas do Direito que surgiram com rede mundial de computadores.
