Journalism from the decolonial logic: the case of Nós, Mulheres da Periferia

Resumo: This article seeks to think about Journalism in its relationship with Gender Studies and, especially, the decolonial perspective. The discussion on the epistemic matrix of Journalism, based on positivist rationality, addresses movements that question this perspective, notably, from a few years ago, those that are organized from Gender Studies. Then, it deepens this perspective, correlating it to decolonial studies, and emphasizing feminist authors in this field. With this theoretical framework, it critically analyzes emblematic texts of the journalistic website Nós, Mulheres da Periferia, conceived as a production of resistance by subaltern agents in this context.

Em seguida, aprofunda esta perspectiva, correlacionando-a aos estudos decoloniais, enfatizando autoras feministas deste campo.
