Resumo: This article discusses concrete actions to face these pandemic times, preserving the link between school and students, in defense of a public, free and universal school. To this end, it presents possibilities for organizing pedagogical work in the teaching of Biology in high school, considering the responsibility of the school in the process of socialization of knowledge mediated by education for human formation.

Por lo tanto, presenta posibilidades para organizar el trabajo pedagógico en la enseñanza de la Biología en la escuela secundaria, considerando la responsabilidad de la escuela en el proceso de socialización del conocimiento mediado por la educación para la formación humana.O presente artigo discute ações concretas para enfrentar estes tempos de pandemia preservando o vínculo entre escola e estudantes, em defesa de uma escola pública, gratuita e universal.
