Supervisão clínico-territorial: um dispositivo de transmissão e formação de equipes de atenção psicossocial

My proposal in this study consists in considering supervision as a category subject to articulation in the field of psychoanalysis, understood as a clinical transmission device that produces effects in the "formation" of operators in the mental health field - acting within the logic of a certain collective mode governed by a one-on-one-among-many and not according to the logic of groups - based on acts performed according to this logic (spoken interventions, acts per se, inquiries, interpellations, and others. Thus, clínico-territorial supervision refers to a discursive structure where the supervisor operates anchored on the function of analyst and turns to others, the mental health team, and whose utterances and acts are considered as significant registers, that is, language manifestations. This dissertation aims to support the demonstration that the clinical supervision advocated by mental health public policy is anchored on theoretical principles that guide psychoanalytical praxis; its theoretico-clinical foundation is grounded in Freud's work. Among the diverse unfoldings undergone by Freud's work over the history of the psychoanalytic movement, it is in the teachings of Lacan that we find the best groundwork for this study. Clínico-territorial supervision is considered in this study as a psychoanalytical practice that integrates the devices that Lacan called psychoanalysis in extension. However, it is not restricted to the teaching sphere, to transmission, and to the "presentification of psychoanalysis in the world" the princeps task of the School proposed by Lacan and maintains, with the so-called in intention psychoanalysis, that is, the psychoanalytical experience as such that develops between psychoanalyst and analysand, a strong homology. Regarding the clinico-territorial supervision addressed in this dissertation, the collective dimension implies a place, which we will call hinge, between in intention and in extension psychoanalysis. The clínico-territorial supervision analytical device constitutes a way of doing within a collective utterance space sustained by a clinical practice of listening to mental health teams. This practice is grounded on an ethics that takes into account both the unique experience and the individual desire and tries to recognize the unconscious determinations that govern the choices, conducts, and ways of thinking of a subject
