Consultoria colaborativa e práticas pedagógicas para o aluno com baixa visão no ensino fundamental I

Resumo: The purpose of this paper is to analyze how a proposal of collaborative consulting together with teachers of both mainstream education and specialized educational services can eventually contribute to the organization of teaching strategies and to educational interventions in students with low vision in elementary school. For the study in the field were adopted the principles of qualitative approach in view of the need to observe and learn about unquantifiable issues related to the subject in its cultural environment. The methodological referential used is the collaborative action research complemented by the principles of collaborative consulting. To answer the initial question of the research, we have carried out the study in two third grade classes of two public schools in Duque de Caxias Rio de Janeiro. As data collection tools, were used participant observation techniques, field diaries grades and semi-structured interview. To understand the schools work and the process of teaching and learning , the research brings a dialogue with Vygotsky s historical and cultural perspective on human development , besides recent studies such as those conducted by Caiado (2014), Marques (2013 ), Siaulys (2009), Masini (2013 ), Dall'Acqua (2002 ), among others that deal with the subject in question. Participation as a researcher of the everyday school life of two students with low vision and four teachers has permitted the development and the organization of a collaborative consulting program on the low vision theme from the collaborative action with the teachers, by monthly meetings between March and September 2015. The study revealed signs of the challenges faced in the process of school inclusion by visually impaired students. It also revealed signs that the multidisciplinary interaction, through a process of continuing education having as theoretical background the principles of collaborative consulting , in which the teachers can dialogue , interact and cooperate with each other , can contribute to the acquisition of new knowledge and allow the resignification of pedagogical practices recommended to these students. The educational product derived from research are configured itself as a survey instrument on the visual conditions of the student and is intended to collaborate with teachers in developing their educational activities for low vision students.

Para o estudo no campo foram adotados os princípios da abordagem qualitativa tendo em vista a necessidade de observar e conhecer questões relacionadas ao sujeito em seu meio cultural que não podem ser quantificadas. O referencial metodológico utilizado é a pesquisa-ação colaborativa sendo complementada pelos princípios da consultoria colaborativa. Para responder à questão inicial da investigação, realizamos o estudo em duas turmas de terceiro ano de duas escolas públicas municipais de Duque de Caxias Rio de Janeiro e, como instrumentos de coleta de informações foram utilizadas as técnicas de observação participante, notas de diários de campo e entrevista semiestruturada. Para compreender o trabalho das escolas e o processo de ensino e aprendizagem, a pesquisa traz um diálogo com a perspectiva histórico-cultural do desenvolvimento humano de Vygotski, além de estudos recentes como os realizados por Caiado (2014), Marques (2013), Siaulys (2009), Masini (2013), Dall Acqua (2002), entre outros que tratam da temática em foco. A participação como pesquisadora do cotidiano escolar de dois alunos com baixa visão e quatro docentes permitiu elaborar e organizar, a partir da ação colaborativa junto às professoras, um programa de consultoria colaborativa sobre o tema baixa visão, constituindo-se por encontros mensais entre os meses de março e setembro de 2015. O estudo trouxe indícios dos desafios vividos no processo de inclusão escolar por quem tem deficiência visual, mas também trouxe sinais de que a interação multidisciplinar através de um processo de formação continuada tendo como referencial teórico os princípios da consultoria colaborativa, em que o professor possa dialogar, interagir e colaborar mutuamente, contribui para a aquisição de novos conhecimentos e permite a ressignificação das práticas pedagógicas voltadas a esses estudantes.
