This master thesis aims to enter Heidegger's notion of boredom, in such a way that it is possible to outline their relationship to our historical horizon and how the psychology, in the midst of such a scenario, is in crisis as an academic discipline. The trajectory will be to the principle set out the main influences in Heidegger's thought, ie, phenomenology and hermeneutics, in order to show the change that Heidegger prints in both disciplines. Later it will be seen that the notion of Dasein becomes essential to understanding what is at stake with the affective tone of boredom. The tone of boredom is inherent to oblivion and neglect the way of being of Dasein, while being fundamentally marked by being Erschlossenheit. From such oblivion and neglect, the contemporary man is guided by animality to find their own essence. From the certainty of animality as a criterion to evaluate the man himself, psychology is lowered to a sub-discipline position of biological sciences, especially neuroscience. In such a scenario it is urgent to build a resistance psychology, whose agenda is to measure the human-being as being originally free
