According to the policy of integral care for country and rural men and other public policies that focus on country women, issues related to the care of vulnerable groups, which include the settled country residents, present themselves with a variety of economic, social, cultural and historical conditions distinct from the man of the city, or form the urban area. Since they are considered to have a specific epidemiological-social profile and differentiated from those living in the city and are influenced by determinants that transcend the routine of others through a surrounding context harmful to the condition of immersed life. In this sense, paying attention to the conditions of women who live in the countryside becomes necessary, especially in peasant settlements, with a focus on considering unique educational and care practices, ways of interacting, existing, and existential possibilities in these spaces, with consideration of art , aesthetics, knowledge and practices in the manifestations of care, popular culture work, health actions access and ways of exercising self care and others care. Therefore, the problematization of this study raises a question of order, being: How are the care practices in the daily lives of country women? Do these anxieties incite the search for discoveries? The aim of this study is to understand how care practices are performed in the daily life of women in the Settlement in the county of Sobral, Ceará. It is a qualitative nature research, using the theoretical reference of Case Study and Culture Circle, which proposes three moments: research of the vocabulary universe, survey of words or generators themes, and files elaboration. The data collection happened from June to November / 2017, through a semi-structured interview script to a group of 20 settled women, in Águas Mortas, Ceará. The information recorded through participant observation, the narratives, in the History of Life, were recorded for interpretation and analysis. The practices narrated to women announce the use of teas, counseling, dialogue, cycles of friendships, which denotes changes and new ways of thinking about care, associated to the life experiences of the subjects, to the creations and recreations of actions from everyday life. Their voices evoke about family, affection, meditation, work, feeding, massage, medicinal herbs, prayers, assistance, relationship, health, union, faith, love, safety, life. There is a change in the use of types of care practices when it s seem, for example, the incorporation of the actions used within the common sense space. The care materializes as an object of action in health, which perpasses objectified, technical and mechanical competencies, but doesn t have them as an end, action limits of the Collective Health task. The care, a concept inherent in human life, through the use of intersubjectivity, in the permission to understand the various ways of taking care.
