This paper proposes a study on the promoters of anarchist ideas of origin Lusitanian among Brazilian workers in major urban centers of Brazil in the early decades of the twentieth century. To this end, we turn to an analysis of processes to expel foreigners available in the National Archives in Rio de Janeiro, which will be the primary sources of this work and whose dates are enclosed between 1907 and 1930. At certain times of work will draw on the quantitative method, preparing tables and graphs to better scale the Lusitanian participation in the Brazilian labor movement, in others the analysis of discourse on the statements contained in the processes are the main methodology. At first we analyze the Lusitanian migration, identifying the factors that caused these migrants to choose Brazil as the main destination. Later we will seek to draw a profile of the Lusitanian anarchist source drawing on the quantitative method cited above. Finally we describe the participation of Portuguese anarchists in major strike movements of the early twentieth century.
