Technological Management at INPA and the Challenges Related to Technology Transfer

Due to the intensification of partnerships between Scientific, Technological and Innovation Institution (ICT) and companies, through the Technological Innovation Centers (NIT) there is a need to establish institutional mechanisms that account for this interaction. In this sense, the processes related to the technology transfer area of the Technological Extension and Innovation Coordination - COETI were analyzed, in which from the flow of the adopted process it was possible to identify the main gaps, bottlenecks and difficulties encountered, in particular, in the process of technology transfer to the productive sector. A literature review was conducted based on materials published in journals and journals related to the research topic, information was also collected through documentary research carried out in records with the NIT. From the survey it was possible to propose new practices in the processes aimed at technology transfer in order to subsidize the institutional strategies of COETI.
