ANALYSIS OF NATIONAL RESEARCH ON DECISION-MAKING IN THE PERIOD 2004-2014

Resumo: The purpose of this article is to analyze the national publications on organizational decisionmaking process in journals (A1 to B2) and events promoted by ANPAD from 2004 to 2014. The analysis of the 275 articles indicates that the subject has little representation in publications, with an average of two articles in each journal in 11 years. Although involving a large number of authors (n = 556), only 4% has over two published articles and 14% of national production is concentrated in seven researchers. Considering the results recommendations are made, as for example, the search for greater rigor and relevance in the methodological procedures and formation of stable research groups, which would allow the maturation of production, now considered initial.

El análisis de los 275 artículos revela que el tema tiene pequeña representación (promedio de dos artículos por revista no período). Aunque exista un gran número de autores (n = 556), sólo el 4% tiene más que dos artículos y el 14% de la producción se concentra en siete investigadores. Son hechas recomendaciones como la búsqueda de más rigor y relevancia metodológicos y la formación de grupos de investigación estables, condicione que permitiría a maduración de la producción, actualmente incipiente.O objetivo deste artigo é analisar as publicações nacionais sobre processo decisório organizacional em periódicos (A1 a B2) e eventos promovidos pela ANPAD no período de 2004 a 2014. A análise dos 275 artigos indica que o tema possui pouca representatividade em publicações, com uma média de dois artigos por periódico em 11 anos. Apesar de envolver um grande número de autores (n = 556), somente 4% publicaram mais de dois artigos, e 14% da produção nacional está concentrada em sete pesquisadores.
