Resumo: The article focuses the profissionalization  in the Law sphere approaching the specificities that the carriers of the minister of STF, solicitor of justice and police delegate present according to the aspect of the ideology of professionalism, comparing them to the experience of advocacy and the magistracy one, that were the professions that firstly oriented by the professional principle, having reached the high degree of consolidation of this ideology. The discussion occurs about the relations and collisions between the logic of the profession, the market and bureaucracy ones and the construction and organization political logic of these carriers.
