Resumo: This article aims to analyze the development of Basic Education teaching through the use of an integrated learning of the discipline of Geography. To that end, the importance of interdisciplinarity through projects, field classes and extraordinary classes was discussed, in order to develop a meaningful learning process, integrating the various fields of knowledge studied in the classroom, thus providing a relationship between the contents and the reality of the students. This perspective allows us to understand how interdisciplinarity can be constructed and developed in a school environment, that is, from components worked within the classroom or external to it. Thus, it is possible to conclude that endogenous and exogenous agents contribute to the association of scientific knowledge with geographical knowledge, which, depending on how they are used, potentiate and stimulate meaningful teaching in the life of the students.

Para tanto, foi discutida a importância da interdisciplinaridade através de projetos, aulas de campo e aulas extraordinárias, com fins de desenvolver um processo de aprendizagem significativa, integrando os variados campos do saber, estudados em sala de aula, proporcionando, assim, uma relação entre os conteúdos e a realidade dos discentes. Tal perspectiva permite compreender de que forma a interdisciplinaridade pode ser construída e desenvolvida em um ambiente escolar, ou seja, a partir de componentes trabalhados dentro da sala de aula ou externos a ela.
