Impactos da criação do Centro Fashion Fortaleza para empreendedores permissionários de moda popular

Resumo: Brazil is seen as a country that has high entrepreneurial potential. According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor survey (GEM), the total entrepreneurship rate has been growing every year and in 2018 almost 52 million Brazilians were leading some entrepreneurial activity. Faced with this scenario, one of the fastest growing sectors in the country is the popular fashion. Thanks to this growth, the fashion industry has been gaining more and more importance and professional management, with better planning and strategies. Ceará has stood out in the national popular fashion market with the creation of Centro Fortaleza Fortaleza, which came as an option for entrepreneurs who needed an organized, comfortable and central space to continue their trade and leverage their businesses. Amidst the growth and conditions hitherto existing in the popular fashion business in Fortaleza, the venture was inaugurated in 2017. The following study aims to identify what drove the entrepreneurs to the Centro Fortaleza Fashion and the repercussion of this migration for the business of these entrepreneurs, through field research and questionnaire application with the entrepreneurs permission holders. Therefore, the research is classified as qualitative, with quantitative, exploratory bias. The analysis will be complemented with bibliographical and documentary researches, which show the impacts of the creation of the enterprise. When analyzing the data collected and researched, it is noticed that the impacts of Centro Fortaleza Fortaleza are being positive, although it needs improvements in certain aspects. In the future, this study may serve as a basis for further research and analysis aimed at improving and expanding Centro Fortaleza Fortaleza, both for the permission holders themselves and for society as a whole. Finally, opportunities were identified for the expansion of research with the purpose of improving and expanding the Fortaleza Fashion Center and it was noted the possibility of a more theoretical and practical study of the topic, since it is an opportune scenario for research and new work.

De acordo com a pesquisa Global Enterpreneurship Monitor (GEM), a taxa total de empreendedores vem crescendo a cada ano e em 2018 quase 52 milhões de brasileiros estavam liderando alguma atividade empreendedora. Diante desse cenário, um dos setores que mais crescem no país é o de moda popular. Graças a esse crescimento, a indústria da moda vem ganhando cada vez mais importância e gestão profissionalizada, com melhores planejamentos e estratégias. O Ceará tem se destacado no mercado nacional de moda popular com a criação do Centro Fashion Fortaleza, que chegou como uma opção para empreendedores que precisavam de um espaço organizado, confortável e central para continuarem seu comércio e alavancarem seus negócios. Em meio ao crescimento e às condições até então existentes no negócio de moda popular em Fortaleza, o empreendimento foi inaugurado em 2017. O estudo a seguir tem como objetivo identificar o que impulsionou a ida de empreendedores para o Centro Fashion Fortaleza e a repercussão dessa migração para os negócios desses empreendedores, através de pesquisa de campo e aplicação de questionário com os empreendedores permissionários. Portanto, a pesquisa se classifica como qualitativa, com viés quantitativo, exploratória. A análise será complementada com pesquisas bibliográficas e documentais, que mostram os impactos da criação do empreendimento. Ao analisar os dados coletados e pesquisados, percebe-se que os impactos do Centro Fashion Fortaleza estão sendo positivos, apesar de necessitar de melhorias em determinados aspectos. No futuro, esse estudo poderá servir de base para novas pesquisas e análises que tenham o objetivo de melhorar e ampliar o Centro Fashion Fortaleza, tanto para os próprios permissionários quanto para a sociedade como um todo.
