The main purpose of this dissertation is to analyze the process as for public registration to small rural landes based on the state of Ceará, given the rural land assessing and its delivery to their owners is sought to be the final stage with respect that regularization. As consequence, the numbers of assessments delivered by territories were analyzed bearing in mind the well-defined period of 2004 to 2017. The database used for this research was provided by the Institute of Agrarian Development of Ceará (IDACE), which take into account from one to four fiscal modules ultimately tabulated and generated graphs that demonstrate the aforementioned process, including land measure and registration; an offer of oficial document to the measured land and its delivery reserved to the owner. Other databases include the ones get from PNAD- PAM-DAP, which together aim at verifying at what extent oficial registration has impact on the so-called gross value of agricultural production (VBP) and the corresponding productivity concerning non fixed crops across the state of Ceará. One regards as profitable the use of the descriptive analysis as a methodology, oriented to shed light on the public registration as for the state of Ceará and the amount of 14 landes chosen. As a remarkable result, there was variation between territories when analyzing absolute numbers of existing properties. In contrast, when this analysis is done considering the proportion of oficial documents related between the process steps, this variation is then reduced.
