The use of digital technologies in education has been increasing in recent years. They support teaching and learning, allowing students and teachers to communicate and carry out their activities anywhere. With social isolation, one of the preventive measures against COVID-19, the use of academic systems that made remote teaching possible has become a necessity. In this context, an accessible system with pleasant interaction is essential so that all students, including those with disabilities, can have access to information in the best possible way. The lack of a pleasant interaction can affect the quality of the use of the system causing students’ lack of interest in it, as well as the lack of accessibility can make it difficult for people with disabilities to learn. This work presents results of an evaluation of the user experience and accessibility carried out in the virtual learning environments used by UFC on the Russas Campus, where the objective is to identify if students have a good interaction with the systems and if they are accessible to students. with disabilities. The accessibility assessment was carried out using the Achecker tool and the UX assessment was carried out using the WAMMI questionnaire. The WAMMI questionnaire was answered by 65 students. The accessibility assessment results indicate that SIGAA and SOLAR present problems of perception, operability and understanding, in addition to these, SOLAR also presents robustness problems, AME did not present accessibility problems. As for UX, students indicated positive perceptions regarding the efficiency and usefulness of VLEs. On the other hand, neutral and negative perceptions were more common in relation to attractiveness, learning and controllability when using VLEs.
