Resumo: The article is a reflection on the recurrent character of misinformation in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Part of the review of misinformation concepts (UNESCO, 2019; SHAO, 2020; POSETTI; BONCHEVA, 2020), addresses the articulation between religion, common sense and bad faith in the interpretation of reality, showing how they can serve misinformation (FREUD, 2006; ELIADE, 2001, HARARI, 2016, MARTINO, 2017; PONDÉ, 2018), and analyzes the form and content of five messages about miracle recipes, checked by the Nujoc Checking website. Finally, it proposes four reading keys to interpret the data: a. The seal of divinity; B. The persistence of tradition; ç. The invisible nature of evil; d. The cyclical character of disinformation.
