Resumo: | The article discusses the uberization of work, exposed in the Sorry We Missed You, movie by Ken Loach. The subject analysis, using a perspective that approaches historical and dialectical materialism, allows us to understand the uberization of work as a new strategy for capital accumulation through the workers exploitation in a capitalist society, marked by contradictions and the social division into classes with antagonistic interests. The analysis concludes that the precariousness of work does not have negative consequences only in the workers financial subject; unlike, the economic subject affects the relationship itself and the family's structure that lives by work as a whole. Keywords: Work; Uberization; Capital accumulation; Cinema. |
