Resumo: | This research presents and discusses the process of creating a digital application, in the context of Basic Education. The execution of this Educational Product took place in two stages: participation in the Working Group (GT) Libras Discursive Teaching / Portuguese written in Basic Education for @ll, at the Center for Teaching and Research Applied to Education (Cepae / UFG) and the development of the EduLibras software. During the academic year of 2018, the general objective of this group was to answer the following question: What are the possibilities of using digital technologies in the teaching of Libras / Portuguese written in bilingual basic education? Among the themes and theoreticians that supported the study, the concepts of Inclusive Education stand out in Mantoan (2015); issues related to autonomy and bankin concepto f education in Paulo Freire (2018); reading and writing in Smolka (2003); literacy and language in Lodi and Lacerda (2014); Sign Language in Brito (1995) and Carvalho (2014), and the implications of digital technologies for teaching in Buckingham (2000), Moran (2003), Jenkins (2009), Fantin and Girardello (2012), among others. The results obtained enabled the identification of unique experiences, which brought relevant methodological suggestions to the Bilingual App Libras / Written Portuguese Application, which aims to offer a didactic learning alternative, which encourages autonomy and the teaching of both languages for students deaf and hearing. |

A execução deste Produto Educacional se deu em duas etapas: participação no Grupo de Trabalho (GT) Ensino Discursivo de Libras/Português escrito na Educação Básica para Tod@s, no Centro de Ensino e Pesquisa Aplicada à Educação (Cepae/UFG) e o desenvolvimento do software EduLibras. Durante o ano letivo de 2018, o objetivo geral deste grupo foi responder à seguinte questão: Quais são as possibilidades do uso das tecnologias digitais, no ensino de Libras/Português escrito na Educação Básica bilíngue? Dentre os temas e teóricos que fundamentaram o estudo, destacam-se os conceitos de Educação Inclusiva em Mantoan (2015); questões relativas à autonomia e educação bancária em Paulo Freire (2018); leitura e escrita em Smolka (2003); letramento e linguagem em Lodi e Lacerda (2014); Língua de Sinais em Brito (1995) e Carvalho (2014), e as implicações das tecnologias digitais para o ensino em Buckingham (2000), Moran (2003), Jenkins (2009), Fantin e Girardello (2012), entre outros.
