This research aims to conduct a study on the health of the teaching work. We seek to understand the relationships that can be established between the organization of work and psychological distress. To reveal certain sufferings which actually have been neglected so far in studies on work, we try to analyze what, in their confrontation with the worker task, endangers their mental life and, above all, the experience of workers in relation to in relation to health and disease. It is studying the cases of teaching workers who were taken to the absenteeism (license or abandonment of the work). The contributions of the Christophe Dejours about the analysis of the pleasure, suffering and work, the psychological and social processes that affect on individuals and organizations are guiding this study.
