Resumo: O presente artigo tem por objetivo estudar os impactos que podem ser causados pela aprovação do Projeto de Lei Anticrime, em especial no tocante à exclusão de ilicitude por legítima defesa, que mostra-se a priori uma ampliação nas possibilidades de justificativa para a letalidade policial, utilizando como marco teórico as hipóteses de Günther Jakobs sobre o direito penal do inimigo. Apresenta-se ainda dados sobre as mortes por agentes de segurança no Brasil, Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo, bem como um caso que ilustra tais ações.
