Recently, hypermedia has been a great tendency to the mechanisms and activities educational, directed to the distant learning (EAD) to the teachinglearning and professional training based in computer’s system. The recent research presents, with full involvement and participation of the researcher, the process of modeling and development of an application teaching educational, with utilization of a learning object, turned to the teaching and learning and capacity, as a reference using the area of Structured Cabling Systems. To do a modeling and development of a hypermedia application proposed, was adopted the modeling of authorship OOHDM (Object Oriented Hypermedia Design Method) and the steps in the process of developing educational software. Another important aspect verified in the research was the relationship for the pedagogica’s issue evolved in educational hypermedia applications, in this scenario, it was utilized the design instructional, that includes many factors pedagogies, with purpose of improve the level of achieved learning. It has resulted in the creation a web system hypermedia, using objects of learning that allows the apprentice has a significant initial knowledge, for learning and vocational training, using as reference the area of Structured Cabling Systems.
