Initial formation on career plans from teaching courses: a compared analysis of cases in Paraná

Resumo: The present article presents parti al results from a research regarding the dimension of teaching career plans’. Considering teacher’s initial formation in order to teach in different cities throughout Paraná, three cities were chosen to be analyzed as exemplary cases: Itaperuçu, Pinhais and Quatro Barras. The main conclusions show that high school teaching courses are offered only because these cities have openings, and the openings only exist because there are such courses.

A partir do foco na formação inicial de ingresso em redes municipais, analise os problemas da definição da forma de ingresso a partir de três casos exemplares em municípios paranaenses: Itaperuçu, Pinhais e Quatro Barras.
