THE LUDIC BODY AS A POSSIBILITY OF TRANSGRESSION IN SCHOOL

The School as a social space for the normalization and discipline of bodies, has mechanisms that promote regulation of practices, that are centered on expression control. The aim of this article was to analyze the manifestations of the ludic body at the school context, therefore, identify strategies of regulations that pervades and constitutes the school culture, in the broad sense of people’s management, then observing the students’ way of acting, of thinking and of expressing themselves. We conducted a qualitative research and a field’s narrative journaling of a 1st year class of a Full Time School in Campinas/SP. We identified that several control mechanisms are used in the school context, however, it also reveals itself as a space of resistance and transgression of rules and norms by children. One of the ways commonly observed is through ludic. The ludic body constitutes a possibility of transgression to the school culture.
