BODILY PRACTICES IN THE SINGLE HEALTH SYSTEM OF ACRE, WESTERN BRAZILIAN AMAZON (2015-2023)

Resumo: Body Practices represent health actions with a therapeutic nature, referring to health promotion measures, the opposite of what has been observed, namely, a tendency focused on injuries and illnesses. In this sense, even as principles of the Unified Health System, it is understood that access to these measures must be expanded, understood from a different perspective than the marketing one. The present work aimed to analyze the provision of the aforementioned practices within the SUS in the state of Acre, west of the Brazilian Amazon Region, covering the period from 2015 to 2023. A spatial analysis methodology was sought, favoring the highlighting of priority areas to these interventions, associated with social vulnerability indices. Despite the relevance of the study topic, no scientific works were observed that addressed this issue, which reinforces the importance of this manuscript, which can provide a starting point for health actions.

En este sentido, incluso como principios del Sistema Único de Salud, se entiende que se debe ampliar el acceso a estas medidas, entendidas desde una perspectiva distinta a la del marketing. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo analizar la prestación de las prácticas antes mencionadas dentro del SUS en el estado de Acre, oeste de la Región Amazónica brasileña, abarcando el período de 2015 a 2023. Se buscó una metodología de análisis espacial, favoreciendo el resaltado de áreas prioritarias para estas intervenciones, asociadas a índices de vulnerabilidad social. Apesar de la relevancia del tema de estudio, no se observaron trabajos científicos que abordaran esta cuestión, lo que refuerza la importancia de este manuscrito, que puede proporcionar un punto de partida para acciones de salud.Práticas Corporais representam ações em saúde com caráter terapêutico, referindo-se a medidas de promoção da saúde, ao oposto do que vem sendo observado, a saber, uma tendência centrada em agravos e doenças. Neste sentido, até mesmo como princípios do Sistema Único de Saúde, entende-se que o acesso a essas medidas deve ser ampliado, entendidos sob uma ótica diferente da mercadológica. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo analisar o fornecimento das referidas práticas dentro do SUS no estado do Acre, oeste da Região Amazônica brasileira, abrangendo o período de 2015 a 2023. Buscou-se metodologia de análise espacial, favorecendo o destaque de áreas prioritárias a estas intervenções, associadas a índices de vulnerabilidades sociais.
