Esse conjunto de textos é apresentado partindo-se da temática da judeidade como chave de leitura. Para tanto, discute-se como a judeidade se expressa nesta escrita, considerando a hipótese de que as influências judaicas se fazem presentes na recorrência de determinadas temáticas e no olhar singular da escritora para a realidade. Para tanto, o conceito de judeidade é abordado à luz de Memmi (1975), Sartre (1995), Oz e Oz-Salzberger (2015) e Flusser (2014). As temáticas evidenciadas na obra de Noemi Jaffe, que confirmam a presença de um “costado judaico”, são contextualizadas mediante a perspectiva de Igel (1997), Waldman (1975), Fuks (2000) e Seligmann-Silva (2018). É apresentada ainda breve biobibliografia da escritora, para, em seguida, analisar como temáticas judaicas são abordadas nas obras da escritora. Jaffe reforça a relação com a tradição judaica ao abordar temas como a memória da Shoah, o exílio judeu e o estigma de estrangeiro. Em outros momentos, opta por construir a sua própria imagem de Deus, reescrevendo as narrativas bíblicas e eliminando o caráter opressor de muitos desses textos.The theme of this study refers to the work of Noemi Jaffe, a contemporary Brazilian writer of Jewish descent, still little known in the Brazilian literary and academic scene. This set of texts is presented based on the theme of Jewishness as a key to reading. To this end, it discusses how Jewry is expressed in this writing, considering the hypothesis that Jewish influences are present in the recurrence of certain themes and in the writer's unique look at reality. Therefore, the concept of Jewishness is approached in the light of Memmi (1975), Sartre (1995), Oz and Oz-Salzberger (2015) and Flusser (2014). The themes highlighted in the work of Noemi Jaffe, which confirm the presence of a “Jewish side”, are contextualized from the perspective of Igel (1997), Waldman (1975), Fuks (2000) and Seligmann-Silva (2018). A brief biobibliography of the writer is also presented, to then analyze how Jewish themes are approached in the writer's works. Jaffe reinforces the relationship with the Jewish tradition by addressing topics such as the memory of Shoah, Jewish exile and the stigma of foreigners.
