With technological advancements and the immersion in the digital era, education faces significant challenges in maintaining students' interest in Geography classes. This study investigates the use of musical language in the teaching and learning of Geography. The research aims to promote innovative and effective pedagogical practices aligned with changes in society and students' aspirations. Music, as a universal cultural manifestation, is employed as a pedagogical tool to make Geography teaching more engaging and meaningful. It facilitates the understanding of complex geographical concepts such as place, space, territory, landscape, and mobility. Additionally, music allows for an interdisciplinary and multicultural approach to teaching. This research aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of active teaching strategies based on methodologies that use music as a pedagogical language in Geography education. Results indicate that the majority of students perceived the use of music as excellent for learning, making the content more accessible and evoking positive emotions during classes. This study highlights that musical language is an innovative approach to Geography teaching. This approach not only makes teaching more dynamic but also contributes to the formation of critical and aware citizens regarding the relationships between geographical space and society.
