Percepção dos alunos sobre a conclusão tardia do curso de graduação em administração da UFMT/CUR

In recent years evasion has been very prevalent in Brazil, especially when it comes to higher education, which has taken on a large scale and, consequently, has an impact on academic studies and professionalization. Therefore, this work will seek to counter the main reasons that lead to the evasion of the administration course of UFR - Rondonópolis Campus. For this research it was defined that the methods used will be qualitative and quantitative, because besides the evasion we will know why the students do not finish the course within the expected 4 years. Data collection will be done with teachers, students through interviews, questionnaires. The data will be analyzed by SPSS software using statistical model, factorial analysis and comparative among means. The main findings were that for the enrolled students the only hypothesis that corroborated was hypothesis number 3 with the institutional aspects factor. For students with evaded hypotheses that corroborate were, hypothesis 2 with the variable institution of origin with the factor’s city and structure of the institution. Hypothesis 3 was also corroborated with the age variable for the course choice factors, and hypothesis 10 with the time variable that led from high school completion to higher education that corroborated the factors of institution and staff structure. The results of the analyzes presented here have been discussed, so as to reinforce the findings of this research.
