THE PROTAGONISM OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FOR EFFICIENT AND ENJOYABLE SEX EDUCATION

Resumo: | Does Sexual Education, when offered in our schools, respond to the 21st century students learning needs? Although adolescents have evolved in cognitive and technological aspects, they are still vulnerable and full of anxieties in relation to experiencing their own sexuality. This research general proposes an innovative Sexual Education anchored in active learning methods elements, with the student in the protagonist role of their educational process. This study was organized in six moments and was developed in a public school in Várzea Grande city - MT, with the 2nd year students of High School. The research is characterized as qualitative with an investigative approach, based on the Project Based Learning, consolidated on collaborative learning and the DICT use. It started with the problematization, using conversation circles and the brainstorming technique, followed by the hypotheses construction by the students, for the so-called “investigative focus meetings”, with the purpose of investigating possible resolutions to the questions raised by students and the future sharing with other young people. Data collection took place through the questionnaires application and on-site observations. With the present work it was observed that the investigative approach associated with active teaching methods arouses interest, creativity and the knowledge sharing with other colleagues, as well as enhancing the use of their skills, which in this research resulted in the authorial pages on Instagram production and the Educasex educational app creation. |

Esta pregunta impulsora se originó en momentos de discusión con estudiantes del sistema escolar público. El objetivo general de esta investigación propone el desarrollo de una Educación Sexual innovadora, anclada en elementos de los métodos de aprendizaje activo, teniendo al alumno en el rol de protagonista de su proceso educativo. Este estudio se organizó en seis momentos y se desarrolló en un colegio público de la ciudad de Várzea Grande - MT, con alumnos de 2º año de Bachillerato. La investigación se caracterizó como cualitativa con un enfoque investigativo, basado en ABProj - Project Based Learning, basado en el aprendizaje colaborativo y el uso de Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación Digital. Comenzamos con la problematización, utilizando la rueda de conversación seguida de la construcción de las hipótesis por parte de los estudiantes con la aplicación de la técnica del brainstorming, para las llamadas “reuniones de enfoque investigativo”, con el propósito de investigar posibles soluciones a las cuestiones planteadas. Por los estudiantes y compartir el futuro con otros jóvenes. La recolección de datos se realizó mediante la aplicación de cuestionarios y observaciones in situ. Con el presente trabajo, observamos que el enfoque investigativo asociado a los métodos activos despertó el interés, la creatividad y el intercambio de conocimientos con otros colegas, además de potenciar el uso de sus habilidades.A Educação Sexual, quando oferecida em nossas escolas, responde às necessidades de aprendizagem dos estudantes do século XXI? Esta questão motriz originou se de momentos de discussão com estudantes da rede pública de ensino. O objetivo geral desta pesquisa propõe o desenvolvimento de uma Educação Sexual inovadora, ancorada em elementos dos métodos da aprendizagem ativa, tendo o aluno no papel de protagonista do seu processo educacional. Este estudo foi organizado em seis momentos e desenvolveu-se em uma escola pública na cidade de Várzea Grande – MT, com estudantes do 2º ano do Ensino Médio. A pesquisa caracterizou-se como qualitativa com abordagem investigativa, fundamentada na ABProj - Aprendizagem Baseada em Projetos, alicerçada na aprendizagem colaborativa e no uso das Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação. Iniciamos com a problematização, empregando a roda de conversa seguida da construção das hipóteses pelos estudantes com a aplicação da técnica de tempestade de ideias (brainstorming), para as chamadas “reuniões de foco investigativo”, com o propósito de investigar possíveis resoluções às questões levantadas pelos estudantes e futuro compartilhamento com outros jovens. A coleta de dados se deu por meio da aplicação de questionários e observações in loco. Com o presente trabalho, observamos que a abordagem investigativa associada aos métodos ativos despertou o interesse, a criatividade e o compartilhamento de saberes com outros colegas, bem como potencializou o uso de suas habilidades, o que nesta pesquisa resultou na produção autoral de páginas no Instagram e na criação do aplicativo educacional Educasex.
