EVALUATION PROCESS IN THE EVERYDAY OF A COUNTRY SCHOOL, FROM THE TEACHERS VIEWPOINT, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIAMANTINO-MT

Resumo: The article presents the analysis of the learning evaluation process in the school routine of 1st year High School students from State School Décio Luiz Furigo, from the perspective of the school teachers. A qualitative research was done, characterized as a case study. To conduct the research, an open questionnaire was used, as well as direct observation of the subjects involved, teachers and students. The research was developed in the field school, located in Deciolândia, municipality of Diamantino, Mato Grosso. The theoretical framework is supported by studies by Hoffmann, Libâneo, Luckesi, Gasparin, among others. The problems of evaluation are related to the design of teaching and learning applied at school which often reduces the evaluation process to the application of monthly, bimonthly or semester tests. It has been noted in the development of this study that evaluation is directed, and although using various tools considered modern, it classifies students by making a selection of those that can be approved and those that cannot. Through this study, it was possible to realize that teachers need to deepen in relation to the evaluation process, as it is very important for the student and is often not used as it should.

Realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa, caracterizada como estudo de caso. Para realizar a pesquisa utilizou-se questionário aberto, além da observação direta dos sujeitos envolvidos, professores e alunos. A pesquisa desenvolveu-se na escola do campo, localizada em Deciolândia, município de Diamantino, Mato Grosso. O marco teórico está apoiado nos estudos de Hoffmann, Libâneo, Luckesi, Gasparin, entre outros. Os problemas da avaliação estão relacionados à concepção de ensino e aprendizagem aplicadas na escola, que muitas vezes reduzem o processo avaliativo à aplicação de provas e testes mensais, bimestrais ou semestrais. Percebeu-se no desenvolvimento da investigação que a avaliação é direcionada, e, embora usando diversos instrumentos considerados modernos, esta classifica os alunos, fazendo uma seleção dos que podem ser aprovados e dos que não podem ser aprovados.
