Resumo: Located in the Pantanal of Poconé, the region known as Baía das Pedras, has four distinct periods; period of flood, period of flood, period of ebb and period of drought, throughout the year undergoes transformations in the vegetation cover, in the intensity of radiation received and mainly in the amount of water present in the environment. These events make this region important for the understanding of seasonal and interannual variations in energy flows in seasonally flooded areas, since the presence of water in the environment is a major contributor in determining the partitioning of energy between the surface and the atmosphere. For this reason, an analysis of the radiation balance (Rn) and the dynamics of energy flow densities for the components of latent heat flux densities (LE), sensitive heat flux density (H) and flux density in Soil Heat (G), using the Energy Balance and Bowen Ratio Method (BERB) using data from the micrometeorological tower during the years 2012 and 2013, and accepted according to the criteria of Perez et al., 1999 It was observed that most of the available energy is destined to the density of flux of Latent Heat (LE), mainly in periods of flood and flood corresponding to more than 60% of (Rn), followed by the density of sensitive heat flow (H) which only presents higher values in the dry season, and lastly for the density of heat flow in the soil (G). It was possible to identify and identify seasonal patterns of energy flows based on the classification of the period of flood, flood, ebb and flow. After applying the Kruskal-Wallis test, the radiation balance component showed an interannual difference in periods of drought with p-value = 0.35 and in the flood period with p-value = 0.49. The latent heat flow (LE) presented an interannual difference in ebb periods with p-value = 0.15 and the flood period with p-value = 0.44. The flow of sensitive heat (H) showed an interannual difference in the flood period with the p-value = 0.51 showing that there are statistical differences in the data analyzed in some components for some periods.
