THE AYRTON SENNA INSTITUTE AND HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION REFORM: an analysis of the materials produced for the Integral High School of Full Time (EMITI) in Santa Catarina

Resumo: The article analyzes the role of the Instituto Ayrton Senna (IAS) in the implementation process of the Programa Ensino Médio Integral de Tempo Integral (EMITI) in the scope of the reform of Secondary Education in the state of Santa Catarina. EMITI, in the analyzed state network, had the production of materials under the advice of the IAS and had as its centrality the idea of ​​youth protagonism associated with the concept of workability. The documental analysis had as central categories the propositions about youth protagonism and workability, and, from these categories, the implications for the formation of the youth are discussed the implications for the formation of youth, among which stands out a process through which the right to education as a social right is deconstructed prioritizing the subjectivation of education as a culture of adaptation and making central the conception of training young people as entrepreneurs of themselves.

EMITI, en la red estatal analizada, tuvo la producción de materiales bajo la asesoría del IAS y tuvo como centralidad la idea de protagonismo juvenil asociada al concepto de trabajabilidad. El análisis documental tuvo como categorías centrales las proposiciones sobre el protagonismo y la trabajabilidad de los jóvenes y, a partir de estas categorías, se discuten las implicaciones para la formación de los jóvenes, entre las que se destaca un proceso a través del cual se deconstruye el derecho a la educación como derecho social, priorizando la subjetivación de la educación como cultura de adaptación y haciendo central la concepción de formar jóvenes como autoempresariosO artigo analisa o papel do Instituto Ayrton Senna (IAS) no processo de implementação do Programa Ensino Médio Integral de Tempo Integral (EMITI) no âmbito da reforma do Ensino Médio no estado de Santa Catarina. O EMITI, na rede estadual analisada, contou com a produção de materiais sob assessoria do IAS e teve como centralidade a ideia de protagonismo juvenil associada ao conceito de trabalhabilidade.
