Resumo: | The analysis of consumer behavior is at the center of an assessment (evolution) of the environmental and sustainable sustainability of society. Pro-environmental behavior can help minimize man's impact on the environment. This research delineates a conceptual framework that is based on social norms, values and pro-environmental attitudes to promote a pro-environmental behavior with contributions to the transformative consumer research and personal and collective well-being. In addition, to better understand how one can stimulate this behavior in various marketing activities, it is discussed how companies and society can benefit from these pro-environmental behaviors, allowing organizations to better exploit their advantages. |

Esta pesquisa delineia uma estrutura conceitual que se baseia nas normas sociais, valores e atitudes pró-ambientais para promover um comportamento pró-ambiental com contribuições para a pesquisa transformativa do consumidor de bem-estar pessoal e coletivo.
