Este trabalho tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento de um programa efetivo para a sífilis, uma das doenças que mais ganhou repercussão nos últimos anos. A falta de informação e a baixa de casos durante alguns anos fizeram com que a população se descuidasse, juntamente com os profissionais que tratam de forma global todas as doenças. Assim, a proposta é implementar uma coleta de dados voluntária e sistêmica em todos os pacientes acima de 18 anos, fomentando, principalmente, a realização de atividades, palestras, conversas entre funcionários da unidade e pacientes, priorizando a sífilis. Concluindo que através dos dados obtidos, mais de 70% dos resultados positivos ocorreu em homens, o que retorna ao comentado anteriormente, sobre o tabu e a falta de informações, principalmente pela baixa procura dos homens ao sistema básico de saúde.Abstract: Sexually transmitted infections are part of the daily routine of any Basic Health Unit, but there is still a taboo about it, the lack of interest of the patients and the lack of incentive by the unit's professionals are factors that act directly on these infections. This work aims to develop an effective program for Syphilis, one of the diseases that has gained more repercussion in the recent years. The lack of information and the low number of cases for some years caused the population to neglect themselves, together with professionals who treat all diseases globally. Thus, the proposal is to implement a voluntary and systemic data collection to all the patients over 18 years of age, mainly promoting the realization of activities, lectures, conversations between employees of the unit and patients, prioritizing Syphilis.
