Resumo: The objective of this article is to socialize changes in the bonuses that compose the public K-12 Education teacher remuneration in Santa Catarina from 1992 to 2015, with interest in the observation of the developments occurred in 2011, when the Professional Wage Floor (PSPN) was established in the state. The starting point for this analysis was Law No. 1139, of October 29, 1992, which addressed the teaching staff of the Santa Catarina, setting salaries and instituting rewards. It was in force for 23 years, and it was practically replaced by Law No. 668, dated of December 28, 2015, which consolidated the current career plan of the K-12 Education teaching career plan in Santa Catarina. The data show that the struggle for the appreciation of these professionals continues to be a great challenge, since the PSPN has not yet provided the professional appreciation that is highly desired by the category.

O ponto de partida para essa análise foi a Lei nº 1.139, de 29 de outubro de 1992, que dispunha sobre o quadro de pessoal do magistério público catarinense estabelecendo vencimentos e instituindo gratificações. Vigorou por 23 anos, quando foi praticamente substituída pela Lei nº 668, de 28 de dezembro de 2015, que consolidou o atual plano de carreira do magistério da educação básica de Santa Catarina.
