Resumo: | The inclusion of “gender lens” in international relations contributes to the elucidation of gaps in the elaboration of policies in the global system, as well as to indicate the action and articulation of women around the themes that directly impact their daily lives. This analysis seeks to indicate the political and material capacities developed by feminist and women collectives in the process of drafting and negotiating the Colombian Peace Agreement. Therefore, the importance of the plurality of actors involved in foreing policy was assumed, beyonde the States, as a positively influence the elaboration of agendas. From what was elaborated in Vargas-Alzate’s research, the processes of representation of the problem, preparation of the agenda, decision-making process, implementation and evaluation of the Agreement, were analyzed in order to identify the direct contributions and International Cooperation of women to the integration of gender agenda in the final text, approved in 2016. Concluding, women collectives as well and former FARC combatants acted directly in formulating the gender agenda in the Final Agreement, in Cooperation with multilateral agencies and states with experience in the subject internationally. |

Concluding, women collectives as well and former FARC combatants acted directly in formulating the gender agenda in the Final Agreement, in Cooperation with multilateral agencies and states with experience in the subject internationally.
