Resumo: The main goal of this study is to present the nature of the communicational dispute being held in Brazil by the remaining forces of the political and ideological confront from the 60s. Its specific objective is to show the traces of memory that lasted in time taking into account the press coverage of those days. Memoirs, articles and public debates now hope to influence the interpretation of facts that are displayed in history books. This topic deals with the general theme of social memory processing, mainly in cases where a traumatic and dissonant event is involved. Two types of surveys are made. The first includes the editorial and the cinematographic productions about this subject along different periods of time. The second describes VEJA magazine narrative of those same events from 09/25/1968 to 10/13/1993. This study shows that it is possible to describe the continuance of psychic life between generations.

Su objetivo específico es el de verificar la naturaleza de la memoria que han sobrevivido desde entonces teniendo en cuenta la narración periodística de época. Libros de memoria, artículos y debates públicos desean ahora influir en la interpretación de los hechos descritos en los asépticos libros de historia. El tema aborda la comprensión del fenómeno más amplio de la construcción de la memoria colectiva, especialmente en los casos en que el acontecimiento histórico es disonante y traumático. Para este objetivo se realizan dos tipos de encuestas. La primera se refiere al examen cuantitativo de la producción editorial y el cine que se ocupa de esta cuestión a través del tiempo. La segunda describe el relato producido por la revista Veja en su cobertura de eventos en el período comprendido entre el 09/25/1968 hasta 10/13/1993. Este estudio demuestra que es posible documentar la continuidad de la vida psíquica entre generaciones.O objetivo geral deste estudo é analisar a natureza do embate comunicacional que está sendo levado a cabo no Brasil pelas forças remanescentes do confronto político e ideológico dos anos 60. Seu objetivo específico é verificar a natureza dos traços de memória que perduraram no tempo a partir da narrativa jornalística daquele período. Livros de memória, artigos e debates públicos desejam agora influenciar a interpretação dos fatos descritos nos assépticos livros de história. O tema envolve a compreensão do fenômeno mais amplo da construção da memória coletiva, especialmente nos casos em que o evento histórico é dissonante e traumático. Fazem-se aqui dois tipos de levantamentos. O primeiro diz respeito ao exame quantitativo da produção editorial e cinematográfica que trata desta temática ao longo do tempo O segundo descreve a narrativa produzida pela revista Veja em sua cobertura dos eventos no período de 25/9/1968 a 13/10/93.
